Solution & Implementation
We built a quoting and scheduling workflow that captured the right information at first contact, including site photos and key measurements. A proposal generator produced a polished quote with optional upgrades, financing messaging, and estimated timelines. The system then carried approved quotes into scheduling, so installers received a clear job pack with minimal rework. We paid special attention to “owner visibility”: a dashboard showed lead volume, quote turnaround, win rate, and pipeline value by week. Training focused on consistent use rather than complex configuration.
